This fine stone-milled Matcha from Uji is a blend of Okumidori, Sayamakaori, Samidori, Gokou and Yabukita cultivars. Made from selected tea leaves picked during the 1st spring harvest, it features a beautiful emerald green colour and a sweet floral aroma.
When prepared in Usucha style, it creates a creamy brew with abundant froth. To the palate, it brews a mellow liquor with an equal amount of sweet vegetal notes, light astringency, and soft Umami finish.
SEIKO makes a perfect everyday blend to enjoy hot as traditional Matcha, or cold for a refreshing Cold Brew.
