KENJI is our most affordable Matcha offering recommended for cooking, baking, and food blending purposes.

Made from tea leaves grown in the Mie region using the 2nd harvest of the season, KENJI is a robust blend characterised by a strong fragrance and pronounced bitterness.

Unlike a lot of summer-harvested Matcha with yellow-ish and brown-ish tones, the colour of this Matcha features a surprisingly green hue, less bright than our higher Culinary Grades, but well-worth its price point.

Ground and packed in Japan, airfreighted monthly to Australia.
